Cancellation Policy:

As a Seller:

      Here are some situations when you may need to refund, accept returns or cancel orders:

  • You can't fulfill an order.
  • The buyer doesn't receive your order.
  • The buyer decides to return an item.
  • The buyer files a credit card chargeback or an A-to-z Guarantee claim.
  • The buyer requests you cancel an order.
  • The buyer is unable to receive the order at the address provided.
  • The buyer doesn't receive your order.

Replacement Policy:

     Definition: Replacement is the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the book, reason being torned book, missing pages , Book(s) missing, wrong book shipped, etc.Buyer need to raise the replacement request within 5 days from the date of delivery of books. Once Buyer has raised a replacement request by contacting Us. Once the replacement request has been raised, the following steps shall be followed:

1. Buyer is asked for "Reason for Return". Among others, the following are the leading reasons:

  • Book was torn
  • Book(s) were missing
  • Wrong book sent
  • Pages were missing

2. An intimation shall be provided to Seller seeking either "approval" or "rejection" of the replacement request.

3. In case the Seller accepts the replacement request, Buyer shall be required to return the book to the Seller via courier to the address proposed by customer executive and only after return of the book, Seller shall be obliged to provide the replacement book to the Buyer.

    In case the Seller doesn't have the book at all, Seller can provide the refund to the Buyer and Buyer shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement. All the book parameters shall be required to be complied with in cases of replacement.

    If the Seller doesn't respond to the Buyer's replacement request, within three (3) days from the date of replacement request placed by the Buyer, refund shall be processed in favour of Buyer and Seller shall be liable to refund amount paid to the Seller.

Either side courier charges shall be bourne by the Buyer.

Return Policy:

      Thanks for shopping at Assendo Book Bazaar.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (returns are only for new books, as the old books/products are well inspected before dispatch) . Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.      

Refund Policy:

      Refunds once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
